Lords of Nargothrond
The son of Finarfin and younger brother to Finrod Felagund; he ruled in Nargothrond after Finrod was lost in the dungeons of Tol-in-Gaurhoth.

The orod- element of Orodreth's name is explicitly 'mountain' (he loved mountains, and gained his name because of that). The meaning of the -reth is obscure.
