Delta Horologii
This white star is most visible in the months around November, but only to observers in the Earth's southern hemisphere. Its magnitude of +4.93 puts it on the limit of naked eye visibility. The main star of this binary system is rather more massive and luminous than the Sun, falling into the category known as 'subgiants', but at 175 light years' distance, it is not easy to see from Earth.
