Kepler-90 b is the innermost of the eight planets, at just eleven million kilometres (0.07 AU) from the dwarf star Kepler-90. At this extremely close distance, it completes its orbit rapidly, so that a 'year' on Kepler-90 b would last a little over seven days. |
