Notes	A tangle of nebulous material at the southern end of the Veil Nebula's Eastern arc, part of the vast supernova remnant known as the Cygnus Loop. The nebula in this region spreads and twists to form the very approximate shape of a bat's outstretched wings, hence its common name of the 'Bat Nebula'.
