Note	One of a pair of dwarf elliptical galaxies in the southern regions of Cassiopeia, the other member of the pair being C17 (or NGC 147). Together these two small galaxies form a satellite pair to the huge Andromeda Galaxy, which lies directly to the south of C18 in the sky.
