We used to try to answer these queries as far as possible, but eventually we reached a point where we were spending far more time answering e-mail than actually developing the site. This isn't just impractical, it's unfair to other visitors, so we've recently decided not to answer specific queries like this. You're still welcome to send questions, but instead of answering them directly, we'll log them and answer the most popular within this FAQ.
