We get a lot of e-mail from people offering their help with the development of the Encyclopedia of Arda, or submitting individual entries or definitions - thanks are due to all of them. Unfortunately, though, we simply don't accept outside submissions to the site. The reasons for this are purely technical - the way the site and the database behind it work means that entries have to be written a specific way and in a specific order. If we were to start coordinating and editing outside submissions to fit in with this, the site would actually take longer to complete. We're very grateful for all those who have offered their help, but it really would make a lot more work for us in the long run.
