NotesThis blue-white star is rather more massive than the Sun, and is notable for having a likely brown dwarf companion in a distant orbit. The companion, Kappa Andromedae b, orbits the star at about twice the distance of Neptune from the Sun, and is one of the few planetary objects to have been imaged directly.
