The third child, and youngest daughter, of Adalgar Bolger. Ruby married into the Baggins clan when she wed Fosco Baggins, and she became the mother of three children: Dora, Drogo and Dudo. Ruby's son Drogo would marry Primula Brandybuck, and their son would be Frodo Baggins, making Ruby Frodo's paternal grandmother.
