Muzgash

An Orc of the Tower of Cirith Ungol

An Orc serving in the garrison of the Tower of Cirith Ungol, under the command of Shagrat. He was caught up in fighting with Gorbag's Morgul-orcs in the Tower; with Lagduf, he attempted to escape, but was shot as he ran through the gate.

Notes

1

The names of Orcs are generally impenetrable, but in this case we do know one word of the Black Speech that may be relevant. That word is ghâsh, meaning 'fire', which may conceivably be the source of the -gash element in Muzgash's name.
