Dina Diggle

The sole recorded member of the otherwise unknown Diggle family of Shire-hobbits, who became part of the Bolger family when she married Gundahar Bolger. The wedding took place sometime close the beginning of the thirteenth century by the Shire-reckoning (that is, the twenty-ninth century of the Third Age). Dina and Gundahar had two children, Adalgar and Adaldrida, and many descendants. Among numerous family connections, Dina was one of the great-great-grandmothers of Frodo Baggins.
