Notes	The component stars of this binary system lie some 10 AU from one another, and complete a mutual orbit over a period of a little under twenty-six years. The traditional name Diadem is now formally applied to just one of the two component stars, Alpha Comae Berenices A, which is marginally the brighter of the two.

A binary system consisting of a pair of bright yellow dwarf stars similar to our own Sun, but with a somewhat higher temperature.
