Urimë

The eighth month of the Gondorian year

The eighth month of the year, according to the Stewards' Reckoning of Gondor, following Cermië, and preceding Yavannië. On a modern calendar, Urimë ran from 23 July to 21 August,¹ in a normal year.

Notes

1	These dates are for the Stewards' Reckoning commonly used at the time of the War of the Ring. On the older King's Reckoning, Urimë began a day later, running instead from modern 24 July to 22 August.
