Masters of Buckland
A Master of Buckland, living some four generations before Meriadoc's time. Marmadoc was the son of Madoc Brandybuck, and grandson of Gormadoc, who deepened and expanded Brandy Hall. Marmadoc's authority as Master of Buckland is clear from his title - he was known as Marmadoc the Masterful. He married Adaldrida Bolger and had four children, of whom the eldest, Gorbadoc, carried on the line of the Masters of Buckland.
