134 Tauri
A faint blue star of the subgiant type. Though it technically falls within the boundaries of Taurus, it is in fact much closer to the bright northern stars of Orion than the familiar 'V' of Taurus' face. 134 Tauri is about 270 light years from Earth, and has an apparent magnitude of +4.9.
