Pharazôn

Usurper of the throne of Númenor

The son of Gimilkhâd and grandson of King Ar-Gimilzôr of Númenor. He took his cousin Míriel to wife against her will, and so illegally claimed the island's kingship, which he took in the better-known name of Ar-Pharazôn.
